Reporting & Dashboard Analyst
Own end-to-end Power BI dashboards for Coffee, delivering accurate insights to executives. Collaborate globally, simplify data, and drive timely, informed decisions.
JOB PURPOSE
To ensure the accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of Coffee operational and commercial performance data through well-maintained Power BI dashboards, supporting the Coffee Executive Committee and senior management in making informed business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Dashboard Management & Reporting:
Own the end-to-end maintenance and regular updating of Coffee Power BI dashboards presented to the Coffee Executive Committee and senior management teams.
Ensure all dashboards reflect current, accurate, and complete data at all times, in line with agreed reporting cadences.
Consolidate inputs from multiple business units and data sources into coherent, reliable dashboard outputs.
Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, flagging issues to the Operations Support Analyst as appropriate.
Continuously improve dashboard design, usability, and performance, applying best practices in Power BI development.
Work closely with the London-based Operations team to align on reporting requirements and priorities.
Support the Coffee Operations team and Commercial teams with relevant operational data and ad hoc analytical requests.
Maintain and improve underlying reporting templates and data models to support scalability and efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or BI roles, with hands-on Power BI development experience
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Power BI (dashboard creation, DAX, data modelling, and ongoing maintenance); strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic automation)
Languages: Professional English (written and spoken) for collaboration with international teams
Other:
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain complex, high-visibility dashboards for senior stakeholders.
Interest in the coffee commodity business and willingness to develop domain knowledge.
Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a structured approach to data quality.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working independently alongside globally distributed teams.
