ERP Functional Consultant

Join us as ERP Functional Consultant to improve processes, support users, and deliver ERP solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, procurement, and finance.

Job Purpose

We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and daily operation of our ERP system across key business functions including Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain.

This role serves as the bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective ERP solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with end users, project teams, vendors, and regional stakeholders to improve business processes and maximize ERP system utilization.

Key Responsibilities

Business Process & Functional Support

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from users across various departments.

• Conduct process reviews and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.

• Provide functional support for ERP modules related to Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Procurement, and Finance.

ERP-Implementation & Enhancement

• Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and optimization projects.

• Drive system configuration, testing, deployment, and lead go-live and post-go-live stabilization (hyper care) activities.

• Coordinate with vendors and technical teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.

• Assist in evaluating new ERP functionalities and recommending improvements.

User Support & Training

• Provide day-to-day support to ERP users and troubleshoot functional issues.

• Conduct user training sessions and prepare user guides and process documentation.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business requirements are properly validated.

• Monitor user feedback and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Data & Integration Support

• Lead data migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

• Assist in system integration activities involving ERP and other business applications.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business users, department managers, project teams, and external vendors.

• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution review sessions.

• Track issues, risks, and action items throughout project implementation and support phases.

Job requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting ERP systems.

• Experience working with at least one major ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor, Epicor, NetSuite, or equivalent.

• Good understanding of business processes in Manufacturing, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance.

• Experience in requirement gathering, testing, user training, and ERP support.

• Understanding of system integration and data migration concepts is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business users.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken (daily communication with regional and global teams).

• On-site working arrangement required.

Working Arrangement

• This position is primarily based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

• Occasional travel to manufacturing sites, warehouses, or other company locations may be required to support project implementation, user training, testing, and go-live activities.

• The role may require participation in meetings or project activities with regional and global stakeholders across different time zones. Flexibility to attend occasional early morning or evening meetings is expected based on business needs.

• On-site presence is required to effectively support business users, project deployment activities, and operational requirements.
